Cavity wall scandal?? more harm than good??

Bad customers not bad builders

The publicity against builders is overwhelming at times, with almost every builder tarnished with the tv shows press that just show absolutely ludicrous situations. A person handing £10 K over to a so called builder before he starts work, with no paperwork etc. just because the estimate they had was cheaper than a bona fide builder who had references. So who is the fool? With so many con artists and DIY/have a go heroes out there, is it any wonder these con artists exist, with people paying up front or just going for the cheapest estimate?? So apologies if your one of the "Fools" i have mentioned, but use  a company with accreditation, references, public liability insurance etc.

BUT my real gripe is why are there no "BAD CLIENT" programs? they should also be named and shamed like one of the clients i have, a total royal lunatic! Loves to moan just for the sake of moaning/complaining, but does not actually have anything to complain about. the "you tube" clips show just one of a long list of pathetic childish behaviour we have to endure. This is not just me being sour grapes, but after months on enduring countless demands i am looking into getting an injunction out against him because of his behaviour. No Person should have to endure relentless pressure from someone who seems to have severe mental health issues.
So maybe "Clients from HELL" would make good viewing for all those who have had to deal with clients that just never seem to be happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one instance of many:
He said we wired up the light he supplied wrongly! its only got three wires and they were already in the wall, a trained sparky did this video with me to show the client that his light effected the other sensor lights and had nothing to do with the wiring. Considering they are on different circuits he have to have a problem with his wiring for them to effect each other.  Bad insults, bad emails, bad phone calls and late payments and not an apology when shown this video and still to this date the electrician has not been paid when he asked for him to come out.
